An evaluation of 100 percent is assigned for an initial infection with severe lymphangitis or lymphadenitis, or whenever there is evidence of repeated recurrences and a tendency to severe multiple involvement of extremities and genitalia, or severe lymphadenitis. | 100 |
An evaluation of 60 percent is assigned whenever there is evidence of repeated recurrences and beginning permanent deformity of one or more extremities or genitalia, or moderate lymphadenitis. An evaluation of 60 percent is also assigned for severe permanent deformity of an extremity or genitalia. A higher evaluation of 100 percent is not warranted unless there is evidence of an initial infection with severe lymphangitis or lymphadenitis, or whenever there is evidence of repeated recurrences and a tendency to severe multiple involvement of extremities and genitalia, or severe lymphadenitis. | 60 |
An evaluation of 30 percent is granted for chronic symptomatology following any recurrence. An evaluation of 30 percent is also assigned for moderate permanent deformity of an extremity or genitalia. An evaluation of 10 percent is assigned for mild permanent deformity of an extremity or genitalia. A higher evaluation of 30 percent is not warranted unless there is evidence of moderate permanent deformity of an extremity or genitalia, or chronic symptomatolgy following any recurrence. | 10 |
